A quiet desk for notes, Plaud transcripts, and the thinking that follows a call. ## Write Notes live in the sidebar. The main pane is a markdown editor. Toggle **Write**, **Preview**, or **Split** from the toolbar — or press ⌘Enter to flip between write and preview. Everything saves to this browser automatically. Last-edited time sits in the header. ## Plaud MCP Press **⌘⇧I** to open the MCP panel. Sign in with the Plaud account you own — Fathom uses Plaud’s official OAuth so it can list files, fetch AI notes, and pull speaker-labeled transcripts from your cloud. A sample AutoFlow library is there offline. Fathom can also act as an MCP server for other assistants; copy the config from the Connect tab. ## Import a transcript Drop a `.md` / `.txt` file, paste a Plaud export, or use **Load Plaud sample** for the bundled project dump. Fathom splits project exports into workstream notes so you can deep-dive one thread at a time. ## Deep dive Open a note and press **⌘J**. Grok reads the page and returns interactive insights: decisions, owners, actions, risks, open questions, and links to related notes. Follow up in the same panel. Save the briefing as its own note if you want to keep a clean copy. ## Keys | Key | Action | | --- | --- | | ⌘N | New note | | ⌘K | Command palette | | ⌘F | Jump to search | | ⌘Enter | Toggle preview | | ⌘J | Deep dive | | ⌘. | Focus mode | | ⌘[ / ⌘] | Previous / next note | | ⌘⇧I | Plaud MCP | | ⌘⌫ | Delete note | | ? | All shortcuts | Start with Plaud MCP or write the thing you've been carrying around.
